Length of the course: approximately 4 hours

Program:

1. Preparing the macaron shells 

• flavored and normal shells
• colored shells and shells without coloring 

2. Preparing the ganache (cream) inspired by famous Hungarian cakes like Esterházy torte, Punch torte, Linzer & Isler cookies and Marzipan

3. Filling the shells with the ganache

4. Decorating the macarons (also with Hungarian themes)

To save our world we appreciate if you can take your lunch box and a pair of slippers (otherwise we will offer a plastic or carton box for your macarons to take home and shoe booties to put on).
